I have installed PMG on top of a Debian Stretch installation. Today I have the issue that an apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade would like to update my linux-image and wants to deinstall the pmg packages.

I think that is a side effect from the remaining 4.9.x kernels. Be carefult when ur updating ...

Code:
root@pmg:~# apt-get update
OK:1 http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates InRelease
OK:2 http://ftp.debian.org/debian stretch-backports InRelease

OK:4 http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian stretch-updates InRelease
OK:5 http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian stretch Release
