Hello, my esxi server is infected by this ransomware. Can anybody assist me to recover my files? All my vm and backups are also encrypted. Is there any possible way to solve this problem? The offline backups are very outdated.

This isn't proxmox related. A bit of googling indicates that they encrypt the data by interleaving blocked of memory. I guess this is your best bet: https://akiradecryptor.org/ but that could be whole another scam, so take care.
We had backups but they encrypted them as well. And offline backups are very old to restore.
