add a disclaimer for just 2 internal users?

hi,

how do i configure a personalized disclaimer for outgoing emails for just 2 internal users? all other users should have no disclaimer.

any idea?

by the way, I am using standard version 1.0, single domain.
 
Hello!

Here is a step-by-step introduction:

  1. Go to Mail Filter->Actions and add a new disclaimer object
  2. Insert your diclaimer text to the new object
  3. Go to Mail Filter->Who and add a new object
  4. Insert as many e-mail adress to the object as you like for your outgoing disclaimer
  5. Go to Mail Filter -> Rules and add a new rule. Name it for example "outgoing diclaimer"
  6. Edit the Rule and click on the "From" ´TAB and add your WHO Object (from 3)
  7. Click on the "Action" TAB and add your Action Object (from 1)
  8. Be sure that this rule is for outgoing mail traffic (Set Direction to OUT) and set it active.
