Activate license with 'invalid' domain

Our Proxmox servers are configured to use a .local domain only. How can I activate the license anyways?

You talk about the subscription key? (license is AGPL)

Yes, I meant the subpscription key.

Should be no problem as long as you are connected to the internet.

That's what I thought, too. However, I get the error 'invalid domain' and apt-get updating shows 401 on the enterprise repo, still. The machine does have Internet connectivity, of course.

Are you behind a proxy ? If so, you have to configure the proxy in Datacenter, options. I had the same error until I configured the proxy (it is something like http://proxy:8080).
