Hello,

I am running a Proxmox 3.x machine on SYS Dedicated and 2 Proxmox 4.x on OVH Dedicated.

Would like to migrate Existing KVM from SYS machine to OVH machine, yet I do not have enough SPACE for a BACKUP on SYS machine anymore.

What are my best options to safely migrate existing KVM machine to OVH servers. Reinstall my Proxmox 3 with Proxmox 4 and move the KVM back, since an UPGRADE failed yet I am lucky to have my machines running, the Proxmox 3 interface is not running anymore, yet machines run just fine.

What are my best options to safely migrate and then take back the machines.
 
It's tricky without enough backup space. How do you do backups now?

Shutdown the VM, copy the disk image to another location, copy config and repeat until everything is on the other side.
