/etc/pve/qemu-server/1**.conf should be backuped to be recovered after the removing obsoleted node
1. observe existing nodes:
ls /etc/pve/nodes
Debian-107-buster-64-minimal lab02
2. then delete obsoleted node (in my case it was Debian-107-buster-64-minimal)...

I have gotten a similar error:
Hyper-V paravirtualized IPI (hv-ipi) is not supported by kernel kvm: kvm_init_vcpu failed: Function not implemented TASK ERROR: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1
