Hello, I think I may be having the same problem as you. I see "Could not generate persistent MAC address" error in my journalctl output as well. How did you alternate the IP? Did you just edit /etc/network/interfaces back and forth? I'm unable to access the GUI.

Would it be a good idea to use a ZFS mirror as a Proxmox boot drive to protect against drive failure? Can I add an identical SSD now after the fact to mirror my boot drive? Or should I just make regular backups of my boot drive and restore it to a new drive in the event of failure? I guess it...
