Perhaps you can specify the value of bluestore_cache_size
/etc/pve/ceph.conf:
[global]
...
bluestore_cache_size = 536870912
... and restart every OSD. It is possible that the value will have to be chosen for your tasks. The default value is 0, which allows all available memory.

With version pve-kernel-4.15.17-3-pve_4.15.17-13, my problem https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/jumbo-frame-pve-kernel-4-15-17-3-pve-not-work.44654/ was solved.
I'm using the PVE 5.2 test cluster on HP Proliant DL-160G6 servers. I recently updated the kernel to one of the kernel nodes before the version of pve-kernel-4.15.17-3-pve and I had problems with the network.
