I have used rate limit function on network device setting of VM. But it seem to be no effect. I can't found documents about this. Someone can help me to explain, what i need to do to use this function. I use proxmox VE 5.0.

There is result of command lsof |awk '{print $1" - " $2}'|uniq -c| sort|sort -n The result format is Numbers of row - Command - PID And many of pve-ha-lr. pmxcfs open too much files. Why is it? Thanks!
