I have multiple AMD EPYC based systems on different motherboards all brand new and having same issue.
They keep crashing randomly, system would just reboot.
Cooling and temps are good, power proper with sine wave, UPS, Ram is brand new ECC,
They all run off NVME for main OS.
BCM does not...
My mistake there both raids are 1+0 , first one has 2 drives second one is striped with pairs. But thanks for your input.
So both are raid 1, I made the correction in my first post, cache is disabled on the raid controller, just fyi. Hard drives are also brand new

Two raids
Main raid 1 where OS was installed 256GB x2 HP SSDs
Secondary raid 1 with 146GB 10k x 4 HP HDDs
Secondary drive seems to be unallocated space, while main drive just appears mostly empty.
