    If keyboards any keys not working than the problem is in your OS. In means it depends on that which Operating system you installed. As well as same as it is depends on the kind of VM - KVM or containers.

    Just set its all settings from setting panels. First set the proxmox vnc keyboard settings, guest OS keyboard settings, client OS and guest OS. And start setting from the client keyboard setting.

    Keyboard Layout not fully working on VNC console

    Yes, oban I am 100% agree with you. I also got same result. There are no any difference for its outputs. Its first and fifth and eighth columns are showing error in twice time, if it solved than share it soon.
