Since update to 8.1 I always get an "ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined" when accessing the Web-Console of a PVE.
This happens only with Firefox. No AdBlocker, no Enhanced Tracking Protection. Cache already cleared, even tried with a fresh profile.
After confirming (clicking) the web-console...

Look in your pve-ceph config /etc/pve/ceph.conf and delete the [mon.XYZ] section containing your address. Also delete your IP from the "mon_host" setting in the [globla] section above.
I've a 5 node Ceph PVE Cluster. On node pve1 I tried to set up a ceph monitor which failed at some point. Now the WEB/Cli pveceph mon create always throws the message monitor 'pve1' already exists
I already removed the monitor successfully with ceph, double checked that the entries are removed...
After reading the log carefully I noticed that line:

and then I re-read the Ceph_Luminous_to_Nautilus page where I read that I've had to ceph osd require-osd-release nautilus...
I've a PVE 6.3 Ceph Cluster running 5 nodes. I upgraded the cluster to PVE 6.3 from 6.2 as usual and then followed the octopus upgrade guide Ceph_Nautilus_Octopus
Now after systemctl restart ceph-osd.target the OSDs are marked down
Currently I've no clue how to get out of this. I'm unable to...
Running Firefox 53 on Linux/x86_64 and having the same issue. No buttons or WebUI elements can be clicked. Navigating with keybord works but is a pain...
A woraround is to open a blank page in Firefox, type
about:config search for dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled and change it to
0
I just installed a fresh PVE 4.4 with local-lvm and ceph rbd storage.
Now when creating a new VM I'm unable to select 'qcow2' format or any other except 'raw' for unknown reason.
It does not matter if I try to use ceph-rbd or local-lvm the 'Format' GUI field is always grayed out.
