    Hi! I have this error too and find solution. zfs mount -va mount without errors. zfs status without errors. I can boot to normal mode. You need enter "exit" and enter in busybox for each rpool/ROOT/pve-1/xxxxxxx. When all legacy volumes ends, system will boot to normal mode. I have this ussie...
