PMG 8 - Tracking center issue

Hello, Few days ago we have installed PMG 8.0.4 and noticed that the Tracking Center is not working and we get this error instead: ”command '/usr/bin/pmg-log-tracker -v -l 2000 -s 1689417316 -e 1689454800 -n -g' failed: got timeout (500)” any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Slow VM's when backups are running

Hi again, No errors on network cards...only dropped packets. I have changed the old HP-switch with a CISCO SG-500. On the switch I have made LAG (link aggregation group) and on each node I have made a bond0 (eth1 eth2 eth3)-balance-rr The results are worst than before....the speed is 30-40 MB/s

Slow VM's when backups are running

The problem is that all VM's are running slow when a backup is running. That's the big problem. I have 10 VM's -> If Vm1 is scheduled for backup-> than al the remaing 9 are freezing, unresponsive, slow, until the backup is finished. I think that's not normal.

Ok, suppose I can live with this, but why other VM's which are not in that scheduled backup are running slowly? Can you suggest a tips&tricks on how to have a 100% running cluster without these downtimes? Thank you.

IBM x3650 8G ports not active

I don't mean the backup and I know that backup speed is how the storage is running. I mean that my VM's are freezing and not responding from HTTP, cummunication with my applications are almost impossible to use them. Now the traffic is sepparated: I have 10G for production and 1G for backup. I...

Slow VM's when backups are running

Hi, I have this topology from bellow: The nodes has 10GBe link with a Qnap Nas and I have a backup server pluged in a 1GB switch. The nodes also are pluged in the 1GB switch. Live production is between nodes and Qnap on 10GB, but when the backups are running the VM's are very slow, almost...

Ok. Came back with this. I replaced the HBA with 10Gbe nics and linked directly with the NAS. The link is ok now, but I have another issue now when my scheduled backups are running, everything goes very slowly in that period of time. Is there anywhere to check or advice? I opened another thread...

Hi, I have 2 hosts with 8G ports(sfp+), but I cannot see them in the GUI, either in cli. I have connected this ports directly with fiber optic patchcord with a Qnap NAS which has 10G ports also. Has anyone faced with this scenario?
