seldomly but sometimes, though, I experience the problem that an email which is falsely classified as SPAM is moved into quarantine, let's say on an monday at 8:45AM.
Our quarantine Reports are generated twice a day on 10'o clock AM and on 4'o clock PM.

The mail relay in question is also managed by us and it hat a correct SPF mentioning in the sending Domain, so everything is fine so far, EXCEPT for our Promox Mail Gateway.

I am not able to find any logfiles (neither in the cli, nor in the webinterface) whicht shows the disposition of released/delivered/white or blacklisted E-Mails.
Example:
I search for a quarantined E-Mail (as root/admin) and delete this E-Mail.
There is no log entry which represents this...

If you forward the Daily Spam Report to another person in mistake, the other person is able to edit your black and whitelist.
So, generating a new ticket pool should be the solution.
