You just had to disable it in the config (you had 3 levels : datacenter -> host -> VMs, if it's disabled in the datacenter it's not active on the host and VMs).

Your file system seems to have a potential corruption, you should check your drive and/or cable and/or power.
You should ask "PiMox" since proxmox don't support ARM64 system, only 64bit (Intel 64 or AMD64) (see : https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/chapter-pve-installation.html)

Just to say that the issue is not only related to MariaDB.
The issue seems to be provoked by mount points in FS that qemu-agent freezes in the wrong order and can be bypassed.
