This container got like no data on it, how is it possible that 58GBs are "used"?

I run Proxmox on another kvm (qemu) virtualized machine (nested).
At the moment the disk driver for the proxmox vm is set to SCSI, but i'm not shure if it's the best option.
Can I just shutdown my proxmox vm and change the driver to VirtIO instead of SCSI, is this even useful?
Sum up the CPU usage of each process of the container, maybe?
But there's still that error with the wrong ram usage.

lxc containers only show cpu usage of the host node, not the cpu usage of the container itself.
is there any way to fix this or is this not possible due to the way it is virtualized?
also in some containers (i noticed it in debian stretch) the ram usage is also shown wrong, well, kind of...
