I deployed two community editions of the proxmox mail gateway and though I tried to train spamassassin with severel gigabytes of SPAM (-> sa learn) and added the following DNSBL Site (dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net,ix.dnsbl.manitu.net,zen.spamhaus.org,bl.spamcop.net,b.barracudacentral.org)
I am not able to find any logfiles (neither in the cli, nor in the webinterface) whicht shows the disposition of released/delivered/white or blacklisted E-Mails.
I search for a quarantined E-Mail (as root/admin) and delete this E-Mail.
There is no log entry which represents this...
how can I reset the ticket used in the Daily Spam Report E-Mails?
If you forward the Daily Spam Report to another person in mistake, the other person is able to edit your black and whitelist.
So, generating a new ticket pool should be the solution.
