Unfortunately, I still don't quite understand it. e.g. I have two client PCs, one transmits data to the Truenas, the other transmits data to the Windows VM. As soon as both clients start copying, the speed is halved to 50 Mbit / s.
Is that correct?
I changed the config to layer3+4.
I have configured a bond.

i no xD. do you think the new BIOS works with the 5.11 kernel?
one question ... what do I actually have to install? only the pve-edge-kernel-5.11.6-1_5.11.6-1+zen21_amd64.deb for my 4650G?
Do I have to install the other things linux-tools-5.11_5.11.6-1_amd64.deb...
as the title suggests, I need your help for a moment.
I stand between the two CPUs for my Homelab. Which CPU do you think is better (performance vs efficiency)?
3700x (8 cores)
5600x (6 cores)
@Ramalama yes, ist was only a BIOS downgrade to 1.00 :). But i think the mainboard is trash. I can‘t use the onboard 210 nics. If i do a bond my Speed Drops down to 11 MB/s. If i try to passthrough the 210 nics to pfsense the Proxmox crash. If i do the same with my i350-t2 pci Card everthing...
so i have installed pve-edge. did not help. Only the downgrade to the first BIOS version. However, the groupings still look bad, don't they?
root@pve:~# dmesg |grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU -e AMD-Vi
[ 0.731449] pci 0000:00:00.2: AMD-Vi: Unable to read/write to IOMMU perf counter...
acs_override = downstream did not bring anything either. Bios update is already done. That doesn't help either. Do you think it makes sense to set up a new Proxmox? However, I only did that yesterday. Should I try ZFS instead of ex4? Do you think that would help?
I would be careful with such statements! I've been googling all day. Still no solution found. I also tried your miracle tool with a great result!
root@pve2021:/usr/bin# cat /etc/systemd/system/vfio-helper.service
Description=Script to bind Devices on boot
What is the problem then? I can't even get through a USB hard drive. That wasn't a problem with my old XEON processor.
I also have a 350-t2 and an i211, i.e. I could pass one of the two cards through. If I do that, however, the whole system freezes.
Thanks for your replay. The message is still the same.
I chanced the Code und update-grup + reboot
If you change this file, run 'update-grub' afterwards to update

helpless seeks help!
I want to hand over my NIC to a VM. Unfortunately that doesn't work. I think it's because of the IOMMU bug.
CPU: Ryzen Pro 4650G
Proxmox: 6.3 yesterday clean install
Iommu: Auto / Enable
All settings have been tested, but I...
for years my lxc container has accessed a mountpoint (/data/storage) of the host.
Now it does not work anymore.
root@pve:~# zfs list
NAME USED AVAIL REFER MOUNTPOINT
data 922G 1.73T 104K /data
the cloning does not work.
all vms and lxc are on a different hard disk. proxmox is on its own plate. if I reinstall proxmox are all vms still untouched on the other pöatte. can they be mounted again? without having to re-import backups?
