Are these genuine Mellanox IB cards or OEM such as HP, Dell etc.? If it is OEM, you will have to try the drivers supplied by the manufacturer.
I also see you have ConnectX card. As far as i know ConnectX wont work with MLNX_OFED_LINUX_xxx drivers. It is supported from ConnectX-2 and up. I could be wrong though.
