* if the mail went to multiple addresses and their quarantines, you can download it from the quarantine of an address where it has not been deleted yet.
* if I recall correctly the mail is removed from the disk after the quarantine lifetime for that mail is over (so if your quarantine lifetime is 7 days after 7 days)
* the journal-entry from the deletion should contain the information about the filename
