cleaning emails affected by spam score 10

Hallo All,

Please help, How do I clean emails that are hit with a spam score of 10 on Proxmox?

What do you mean by clean?
If the email is blocked, it will not get delivered to your mail server or PMG.
 
im using proxmox is only for smtp relay fore some users or some domain, and now my user smtp (smtpuser@mydomain.com) blacklisted by proxmox, and i want to clean my user from blacklist. I have registered the user to be whitelisted but sending email through that user is still blocked
