We have recently upgraded to kernel 5.15 and now were having disk errors on one guest running FreeBSD 12.2.

The config is:

Code:
undefinedagent: 1
balloon: 8192
boot: cd
bootdisk: virtio0
cores: 8
ide2: cephfs:iso/FreeBSD-11.4-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso,media=cdrom
memory: 32768
name: VO-IRIS-Poller
net0: virtio=C2:0A:1F:AE:C0:64,bridge=vmbr2
numa: 0
onboot: 1
ostype: other
scsihw: virtio-scsi-pci
smbios1: uuid=c8d3f0da-f120-4c64-8226-99aef00b13f9
sockets: 2
vga: virtio
virtio0: standard:vm-141-disk-0,aio=threads,cache=writethrough,size=132G
vmgenid: 6a68672e-4487-48e7-b533-c6b393c0f4de

Practically all our other VMs use the same config, except that do to this error I have changed the aio and cache setting, but it makes no difference.

Other post have suggested changing to SCSI fixed the problem, but we've been using SCSI all along.
