Bug proxmox 7.0.8

I just installed the latest version of porxmox and I am desperate. Among many other errors, the most serious is the impossibility of creating new VMs when you have previously deleted a VM. It is allowed to complete the template but the MV does not appear anywhere.
Any solution?
Or do I have to reformat and install the previous version.

Please provide a bit more details about your issue - as all this is known to work.

Solution back to version 6.4 and problems solved.
Check if in the next version of proxmox 7 all the bugs will be found.
