Windows VMs stop on RDP or local console

Any news, when this patch now will be available for the current branches?
It would be unfortunate, If I upgrade from 5.3.9 (for which you sent me the patch) to 5.4 and the VMs would crash again!
regards,
Felix

So i have proxmox 5.4, and pve-qemu-kvm/now 2.12.1-3 amd64 .
Just had 2 vms crash when trying to open the console.

So from what i understand this is fixed in pve-qemu-kvm 3.0.1 ? And this is only in the pvetest repo ?

Has anyone tried it ?!

In all our repositories means in all. (pvetest, pve-no-subscription, pve-enterprise). Read again the linked wikipage from my last post.

It looks like you forgot to configure your apt repository.

So i have this version :
pveversion -v | grep qemu
pve-qemu-kvm: 2.12.1-3
qemu-server: 5.0-50

So this is what i have :
deb http://ftp.ro.debian.org/debian stretch main contrib
deb http://ftp.ro.debian.org/debian stretch-updates main contrib
# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org stretch/updates main contrib

When i hit update this is what i get:
apt-get update
Ign:1 http://ftp.ro.debian.org/debian stretch InRelease
Get:2 http://ftp.ro.debian.org/debian stretch-updates InRelease [91.0 kB]
Hit:3 http://security.debian.org stretch/updates InRelease
Hit:4 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/ceph-luminous stretch InRelease
Hit:5 http://ftp.ro.debian.org/debian stretch Release
