Hi

I've recently upgraded to a I3 setup running on a ASROCK B75 Pro3 mobo. This mobo as a Realtek RTL8111E NIC however Proxmox doesn't seem to detect this? Is this a supported NIC?

I'm running the latest version of Proxmox, 3.1, recently downloaded from the site.

When I boot the fresh installation up, I get the error eth0 not found

Any assistance would be great

Thanks

Dan

@turdor: please try to use the r8169 (intree) driver - most realtek cards work with it (as good as with the 8168)

There is no need to use anything else than the r8169(intree) driver provided you have installed this package: firmware-realtek
This package contains all binary firmware for any realtek nic which the driver loads on-demand. The intree r8169 driver is co-maintained by realtek which also makes all binary firmware available in the firmware package. The r8169 is a boot time on-demand loader for any realtek driver which has a compatible firmware available in the firmware-realtek package. The r8168-dkms package is only needed for old unsupported realtek nics (the package is by the way available upstream in the debian stretch non-free repo)
