Hi All,

My customer told me they can't receive any email from qq.com, after I check tracking log, I saw they were deferred with the following log.
What's happened?
Code:

Nov 21 11:34:26   lmtp   9681E1D457: to=<user1@foo.bar>, relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024,
delay=331813, delays=331811/0.01/0.09/0.98, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (lost

delay=331813, delays=331811/0.01/0.09/0.98, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (lost

"lost connection with 127.0.0.1"

this points to a problem with the local filter service, seems this one is not running.

Hi Tom,

It can receive mails from other domain without problem, but only deferring mails from qq.com.
I've checked services, seems no problem.

Okay I've checked syslog, it said It cannot convert GB18030 to UTF-8
How to solve this problem?
