Proxmox installation is not so rich with option. Try to install debian as you wish and then convert to Proxmox.

Same issue on fresh 9.0.10. It's pretty annoying - it was seamless and non-disruptive - now it's not. My testbed was accidentally touching hypervisor's power button in DC and triggering a reboot of tenths of VMs ... lol

None may fail --> the risk for a failure is more than double as high as with a single one! One is bad because... if it fails you have a problem -->...

Hello, the proper procedure of backup and restore contains also... a test restoring :). Seriously, one should also restore a backup after creating the backup procedure. Then repeat this from time to time. Better safe than sorry! :)

The thing is, no one else can tell you until you actually do a test-restore. It's Schrodinger's backup until you do the thing on your own hardware and verify it for yourself and your environment.

Ja, es zeigt aber auch an, dass 7354 MB für Caches verwendet werden (genau das, was linuxatemyram.com beschreibt), von denen 7269 MB auch für andere Sachen verwendet werden können. Damit sind dann aber vom der VM zugewiesenen RAM trotzdem 7942 MB...

If your Macbook is still working it would be a good option for a ProxmoxBackupServer. If the data is on VM/lxcs discs a backup of the vm/lxc will backup it too. And PBS allows to sync backups between different servers, so If you happen to have...
