I am using Proxmox 2.0 with the infiniband gear.
First I setup IPoIB
Then I edit /etc/hosts and change the hostnames so they reference the IPoIB IP address instead of vmbr0
Then I configured the Proxmox cluster.
1.x only worked on vmbr0
2.0 uses the hosts file to determine what addresses to use for cluster data.
I have two switches and dual port cards with the interfaces bonded for failover.
After all the tuning I did to sysctl iperf reports 7.8Gbps
