  • Sorry smirk99, I just got this message (don't get on the proxmox forums much due to not having many problems). Do you still need an answer?

    Hello AlanMAC,

I'd like to start of by apologizing for my rude intrusion, by contacting you in this manner. My reason for contacting you, is that I have you seem to have a setup very similar to what I want to configure.

in this thread you said that you had a machine with ProxMox hosting two VM's: A pfSense guest & a FreeNAS guest. I'm assuming that since you're running pfSense, your box has two or more NICs.

I wanted to know if you could tell me how you configured your ProxMox and your pfSense in order to run both at the same time.

Essentially, how do I run pfSense as my router (handling switches, clients, APs) and FreeNAS as my fileserver simultaneously on a ProxMox box?

    Thank you for your time!
