VM doesn't start I passthrough the Intel I225 Ethernet

I'm also trying to passthrough my Intel I225 to my OpenWRT VM. IMMOU is set up and I'm able to passthrough GPU, for example. However if I do the same to any ethernet ports, VM doesn't start and I got
Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible

When I try journalctl -b
