Could be anything but also specific for PVE 8.2 and kernel 6.8. You could try installing PVE 8.1 but then be careful with upgrading until this is fixed.
Either way, more information about your system and drive might help others to help you.

I am trying to install in a HP dl380 server with 16 gig of ram.
I am doubting about the bootable device which I flashed with the .iso file as now that device is not getting detect in any of the system
