Proxmox VE non start after installation

I try to install proxmox in a previously server windows 2012r2, all installation are ok, but wen reboot the server, start windows and not proxmox ve

what am I doing wrong?

Stupid question: did you check the boot order? have you removed any other disks that might contain the "windows" os ?

yes, the boot order is 1:HDD 2: USB
Try to install proxmox in both hdd but when remove the usb with iso and rebbot not start anything

ok, i try to reinstall all, but wen reboot the server not see partition.
try install zfs(RAID1) and ext4 in a single HDD
in both case the result is the same,no partitio see
