Please I want to run proxmox ve on the new AMD EPYC™ 9754 server. please can someone confirm compatibility before i commit? See more specs below.

no one can confirm if exactly your setup will work stable. pve is based on debian stable. that means its always best not to have the newest hardware.
 
Maybe you will find some information on the manufacturers websites if the hardware will work with latest Debian 12 and Ubuntu LTS. If it does it should probably also work with PVE 8.

Please be aware that Proxmox VE ships custom kernels, based on Ubuntu kernels that are newer than the Debian ones. During the lifetime of a version, even newer kernels are offered as opt-in to have better support of recent hardware.
