no it's not really possible. KVM don't support ARM yet (is marked as in progress), OpenVZ is x86-only (AFAIK).
And if kvm run - you can only use clients with ARM-CPU - no windows (perhaps windos phone?) and only few linux-distros. I'm a friend of power-saving but this makes no sense for me.
