Ran an update today, updating to 6.2.16-4-pve. After a reboot, I started seeing random high IO Delay with associated hangs in consoles.
the syslog showed a bunch of these errors:
Jul 25 15:25:43 pve kernel: e1000e 0000:00:1f.6 eno1: Detected Hardware Unit Hang:
...
Jul 25 15:25:46 pve kernel: e1000e 0000:00:1f.6 eno1: Reset adapter unexpectedly
...

Running this command seems to fix the issue for now:
ethtool -K eno1 tso off
This was run ~19:30 in the screenshot, where the IO Delay drops and stays at 0.

I wasn't seeing this behavior before today. Was there a driver update recently?
My previous update/reboot was on 7/2/2023 if that helps.
