Dear All,
Good morning
We are trying to move some VM from a old proxmox to the new proxmox 8.0.4 EE
this is the steps which we have been doing
We have a external NAS system with good storage with around 16TB disk space free ,
In the old and new proxmox in the storage we mounted the external NAS system
From the OLD PVE using command line we take backup using command line vzdump to the NAS system as dumpdir option
Then in the NEW PVE, we copy/ move the dump file to /var/lib/vz/dump . This part is not happening now. It says no disk space

Adding the screen shot of occurrence

Now the instance df -h command shows

Like to know what my host " /var/lib/vz/dump" do not have space to copy the files

Thanks
Joseph John

I do not quite understand the question.
Your disk where the: /var/lib/vz/dump (per default) resides is only 431G in size. So, obviously a 967G file will not fit on it...
Or what I am missing?
