Installation Cluster 'Bash' commands not working

Hi please can someone give advice.
Using 2.0 have installed 2 machines on OVH.
Using Putty to sign in to Master Server

None of the pvec commands work keep getting error
-bash: pvec: command not found

Advice on where i am going wrong appreciated.

I have actually bought a support request for this.The question is how do i get the pvec commands that should run in ssh to work in my version of putty.I need to create a cluster and i am unable to.
