How to reinstall promox, keeping ceph data?

I have a lab without anything I'm worried about losing to learn about ProxMox and Ceph. I have a single server with an OS drive and 12 data drives. If I wipe the OS drive what's the chance I can get the Ceph data back, and is there anything I'd need from the old install to accomplish it? This is assuming a fresh install from the ISO.

You have three of those servers, so you have a valid ceph config after reinstalling the one node with 12 drives?

I wish, I have Just one server with 12 drives and ProxMox and Ceph running on it.
