How to activate inactive virtual machines?

The Virtual machines have been working all along but they just stopped and can't start them. See attached document.

"Could not open '/dev/pve/vm-100-disk-0': No such file or directory" sounds like a problem with your storage. Maybe your disk is failing? I would check smartctl and see what lvs is reporting.
