Cannot upload ISO file's via webgiu

We are struggling to upload ISO files to one of our VM's (its in a 3-VM cluster)

When trying to do a ISO upload via the webGUI, we get the following error:

TASK ERROR: import failed: /usr/bin/scp: stat local "/var/tmp/pveupload-a646a885cc59e6485bf5b2102e3d9d6d": No such file or directory

We can manually upload the ISO files to the /var/tmp/ folder, and scp them to the /var/lib/vz/template/iso folder.
We can download container templates and ISO files via the URL download without any problem, we just can't upload an ISO file.
We do not have this problem with the other 2 VM's in the cluster.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you see anything interesting in the syslog during upload the ISO?

Could you also check the `/var/tmp/pveupload-a646a885cc59e6485bf5b2102e3d9d6d` if exists at the time the error occurs. If the file is missing?

Have you tried also check if you can upload ISO on a different storage?

Thanks for the suggestions.
Problem seems to have gone away after I did a refresh and upgrade on all the Proxmox hosts.
