Boot Failed: Linux Boot Manager (2x NVMe on PCI cards on Dell PowerEdge R730)

Hey,
So I am trying to install Proxmox on two Samsung 980 SSD 500GB that is on two RaidSonic ICY BOX IB-PCI208-HS.
I am running this on a Dell PowerEdge R730.
I am finding them in the install and setting them up as ZFS RAID1.
But when i am trying to boot i am only getting the error:
Booting from Linux Boot Manager
Boot Failed: Linux Boot Manager
What am I doing wrong and how do i fix this?

Hi, I ended up putting a USB in the internal slot and moving the boot to that.
After the proxmox install in debug mode i opend the console and used the proxmox-boot-tool to change where the boot location was.
