Any suggestion?

The file is owned as below, tried to change to root:root but "operation not permitted"

The reason for this might be the cluster of 3 servers, 2 of them are down, all vms is on the 3rd but now refuses to backup for some reason.

Code:
root@pmx3:/etc/pve/nodes/pmx3/lxc# chown root:root 200.conf
chown: changing ownership of '200.conf': Operation not permitted

Code:
root@pmx3:/etc/pve/nodes/pmx3/lxc# chown root:root 200.conf
chown: changing ownership of '200.conf': Operation not permitted

Code:
INFO: starting new backup job: vzdump 1000 --node pmx3 --compress zstd --mode snapshot --notes-template '{{guestname}}' --remove 0 --notification-mode auto --storage store01

You need to have quorum ( 50% +1 nodes) to make changes to the PVE file system.

You need to bring at least one of the other nodes online.
