My question is:
Should I use virtio drivers from
http://people.redhat.com/vrozenfe/build-27/
or win8 drivers from http://alt.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/virtio-win/latest/images/ iso for windows 2012 server?

Tom I have just been playing with 2012 server essentials. My stumbling block seemed to be a very small console window where I couldn't see the complete window.
I changed the virtual adapter to VGA which helped.
What stumped me was how to navigate around the win8 desktop how do you do a windows key in the console?

Usually I am open source only but still to find a Samba4 that is stable enough for production.
ProxMox rocks though and is just such an amazing piece of software.
I have two servers both RAID and use proxmox as a base for both.
Zentyal as a firewall proxy and then the M$ stuff on the other.
I use group policies to enforce the proxy and its good enough until Zentyal sort out Samba4.
The bridge and bonding in proxmox is childs play and you guys should get some more solution videos out there.
Proxmox is such a solid and easy system that it makes a lot of sense in the SMB arena.
You don't have to give so much away just this is how it works.
Being able to migrate and shift backups allows me to run several servers that have data mirrored across two servers.
Simples innit
You should do some selling video's as showing how to set up and configure VM's this way.
