Hi,

In the topic annoucing the paid support:

You get commercial support and help via several support channels, and guaranteed access to the Proxmox VE repositories for updates and bug fixes.

What do you mean about "access to the Proxmox VE repositories" ?

Do you will freeze the initial 2.0 release and only permit the apt-get upgrade to updated versions to customers that paid for support ?

Best regards and congratulations for the 2.0 release.

Without knowing it for certain I am pretty sure that updates will be able for everyone the normal way. I think the above means that paying customers will be giving another upgrade channel with higher availability and perhaps higher download speed.

Exactly what it tells: we guarantee access to the update repository.

Best regards and congratulations for the 2.0 release.

There is currently no plan to block the repositories.

But its clear that we prioritize requests from subscribers.

yes, short maintenance of the server, try again in a few minutes but all info is also on www.proxmox.com
