How to make the VM run USB stuff?

Hello everyone!
It's my first time posting here, and I have a question that I cant find the answer in anywhere

Look, I need to install a printer in one of my virtual machine (now running WinXP, later I'll install Windows Server), to access it by the network in all PCs of my job... Until here everything is ok, but I don't know how to configure my VM to recognize the USB input of my server.

I'll like if someone make me see the light haha

Thank you, it was configurated, but now I found another problem... My printer is HP LaserJet M1005, I installed the drive for my Windows Server VM, to make it my print server.

Everything was fine, but when I put something to print I got blue screen \o
The error msg says: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
