Hello,

I am missing some receivers in my statistics.

Background: 2 of my users are 'only' exchange contacs. Exchange will forward the mails to other external email-adresses

e.g.: a@b.de send a message to user1@mydom.de
Exchange will forward this message to user1@t-online.de

After this I see these statistics:
Sender: a@b.de (Send a message to user1@mydom.de)
Contacts: user1@t-online.de (got a message from a@b.de)
Receiver: none - i expectet user1@mydom.de (got a message from a@b.de)

only the real internal receivers are liste in 'Receiver'

best regards,

Ralf

Hi,
please go to "Configuration/System/Reports" and disable "Use Advanced Statistic Filters" - and try again.
