Doing cancel backup job is error with VM CPU100% and cannot connect VNC

This is backup task log with webgui. I paid subscription.

<---Then, I closed all browser(with proxmox webgui)
ERROR: VM 100 qmp command 'query-backup' failed - got timeout

ERROR: VM 100 qmp command 'backup-cancel' failed - unable to connect to VM 100 qmp socket - timeout after 5984 retries
ERROR: Backup of VM 100 failed - VM 100 qmp command 'query-backup' failed - got timeout

TASK ERROR: job errors

After about 30minutes, it was reconnect webgui.
VM100 is hang CPU100% .. cannot connect remotedesktop , cannot connect WEBGUI>VM100>Console(NOVNC)
I did #pvehost>qm stop 100 and qm start 100 .
If i doing backup task, should not close my browser?

VM is win7-64bit-ultimate sp1.
