I'm running Proxmox 3.4 / 2.6.32-37-pve #1 SMP and using ext4 as its recommended on SSD drives. I've been getting these warnings in my logs;

VZDQ: Tried to clean orphans on qmblk with 1 state
BUG: Quota files for 103 are broken: no quota engine running
EXT4-fs (hcp1): ext4_orphan_cleanup: deleting unreferenced inode 6569872
VZDQ: Tried to clean orphans on qmblk with 1 state

// snip
VZDQ: Tried to clean orphans on qmblk with 1 state
BUG: Quota files for 104 are broken: no quota engine running
EXT4-fs (hcp1): ext4_orphan_cleanup: deleting unreferenced inode 9707165
EXT4-fs (hcp1): 249 orphan inodes deleted
EXT4-fs (hcp1): recovery complete
EXT4-fs (hcp1): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts:
hcp: INFO: dec_device_user: 2,132323,cdp-2-6
hcp: INFO: inc_device_user: 2,132688,r1soft-blkid
// snip
hcp: INFO: inc_device_user: 2,132323,cdp-2-6
// snip

What scale of problem do I have here and how do I correct it safely?
