Proxmox 3.4 and RAID0

Hello,
I installed version 3.4 and I used RAID 1 configuration. When I want to create a VM so Proxmox write error:

use cache=writeback or cache=writethrough (for your virtual disks)
 
Sorry for my beginner questions :)
When installing Proxmox I chose ZFS (RAID1). Or do I have to download the plugin and then create ZFS disk for VM?

ok, I found it. :) Now I have added another hdd (now I have 3 pieces) and use ZFS1. Proxmox need 8 GB RAM?
